Sharon’s Veggie Salad Sandwich

ANUPY SINGLA, VEGAN INDIAN COOKING

  • 1 large tomato, cut in thick slices
  • 1 large bell pepper, thinly sliced into rings
  • 1 large red onion, peeled and thinly sliced into rings
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black salt

Arrange the vegetables on a plate with tomatoes first, then peppers, and onion rings layered on top. Sprinkle the vegetables with lemon juice, sea salt, and black salt. Serve immediately.
