Thank you very much for posting the recipe. I too, received ground cherries for the first time with my CSA this year.
We made the recipe tonight. I would make one suggestion: a bit of vanilla and cinnamon to the mix. I think next time we make them we will also add some blueberries. The base muffin mix is wonderful for adding all kinds of varieties.

Thanks for mentioning me! (With Fork and Knife) This has been an incredibly fun (and totally consuming) project so far – way more work than I realized, but worth it.
